Skilled Nursing
Experienced to giving care in the home environment, our Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses assist with catheter, colostomy or wound care, perform venipunctures for blood tests, and provide treatment including IV therapy and post surgery care.  The nurses can also teach patients and their loved ones about health care concerns (such as COPD, congestive heart failure, and diabetes) and how to minimalize them.
 
Physical Therapy
Licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants provide care and instruct patients and caregivers about activities that improve physical mobility, strength and endurance.
 
Occupational Therapy
Licensed Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants teach how to overcome obstacles in daily living that may result from illness or injury.
 
Speech Therapy
Certified Speech and Language Pathologists help restore vocal and communication abilities affected by illness or injury.  They also evaluate a patient's ability to swallow, teach eating techniques to prevent aspiration, and assist with related problems.
 
Medical Social Services
Licensed Social Workers help patients understand their short and long term planning options so the patients may make informed decisions on financial and life care issues.
 
Personal Care
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Certified Home Health Aides provide assistance following illness or injury with the day-to-day activities that could otherwise be difficult, such as bathing, toileting, hair and skin care, and prescribed exercise programs.
